Is there an undo?
The original file is untouched, so the undo is simply to discard the downloaded copy and start again.
Can I replace with nothing to delete text?
Yes. Leave the replacement empty and every match is removed — the count still tells you how many deletions happened.
Does it search headers too?
Yes, header rows are cells like any other. Make the search string specific if headers must stay unchanged.
