Use of the tools
The tools are provided for general office productivity. You are responsible for reviewing generated files and results before relying on them.
Availability
Browser capabilities, memory limits, file complexity, and third-party library availability may affect results. Very large files can exceed the capacity of a mobile device or browser tab.
Disclaimer
The website is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, exact formatting preservation, or fitness for a particular legal, financial, medical, or compliance purpose.
Acceptable use
Do not use the tools to process unlawful content, violate intellectual property rights, or interfere with other systems.
Fees and accounts
The tools are free to use and require no account. Because there is no registration, there is nothing to cancel and no stored profile to delete — closing the tab ends the session, and clearing site data removes the language preference and any local notes or tasks you saved.
Your files and your responsibility for them
Files you open are processed inside your browser and are never transmitted to us, which also means we cannot recover them. Keep your originals until you have checked the output. You are responsible for holding the rights to any file you process here, and for reviewing generated documents — invoices, receipts, quotations, purchase orders, delivery notes and timesheets among them — before issuing them to anyone.
No professional advice
Calculators covering tax, loans, payroll, depreciation, margins and return on investment implement general formulas. They are not tax, legal, accounting, financial or employment advice, they do not account for the rules of any particular jurisdiction, and they should not be the sole basis for a decision that carries money or legal consequences.
Third-party components
Some tools load open-source libraries from public content delivery networks to handle PDF, spreadsheet, archive, QR and image-metadata formats. Those providers necessarily see the request for the library file itself, including your IP address, in the same way any website asset request is seen. They do not receive the documents you process.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as tools are added or changed. The version published on this page applies to your use of the site, and material changes will be reflected here rather than announced individually.

第三方元件
