Common issues
A button does not respond
Reload the page and confirm JavaScript is enabled. PDF and QR tools also require the external library to load.
A large file fails
Try a smaller file or use a desktop browser with more available memory.
The language does not change
Allow Local Storage and then select EN or 繁中 again.

Choosing the right tool
Tools that transform a file — resize, compress, convert, merge, split — always produce a new download and never alter the file you opened. Tools that only report on a file, such as the EXIF viewer, the metadata viewer and the file inspector, write nothing at all. If two tools look similar, the difference is usually scope: the single-file version gives you fine control over one image or document, while the batch version applies one setting across a whole selection and returns a ZIP.
Working with large files
Everything runs in the browser tab, so the practical ceiling is memory rather than an upload limit. Documents and spreadsheets of tens of megabytes are routine; hundreds of high-resolution images or a multi-gigabyte video in one batch will exhaust the tab. Splitting the work into smaller groups is faster than retrying a batch that failed, and a desktop browser has considerably more headroom than a phone.
If a result looks wrong
Check the input first: a CSV that opens as one column has a delimiter mismatch, a spreadsheet total that is short usually has numbers stored as text, and a lookup that fails almost always has a trailing space. The CSV viewer, column type detector and whitespace visualizer are diagnostic tools for exactly these cases, and they change nothing while you look.
Privacy questions
No file you open is uploaded. The tools use standard browser APIs — FileReader, Canvas, Web Crypto and Local Storage — and the resulting download is generated in the page. You can verify this by opening your browser's network panel while processing a file: no request carries its contents. Full detail is in the privacy policy and the local processing guide.

常見問題

怎麼挑對工具
會轉換檔案的工具——縮放、壓縮、轉檔、合併、拆分——一律產生新的下載檔，絕不會更動你開啟的原始檔。只做檢視的工具，例如 EXIF 檢視器、文件資訊檢視器與檔案檢測器，則完全不寫入任何東西。若兩個工具看起來很像，差別通常在範圍：單檔版本讓你對一張圖或一份文件做細緻控制，批量版本則把同一組設定套用到整批選取並回傳 ZIP。
處理大型檔案
所有處理都在瀏覽器分頁中進行，因此實際上限是記憶體，而不是上傳容量。數十 MB 的文件與試算表很常見；但一次處理數百張高解析度圖片或好幾 GB 的影片會耗盡分頁記憶體。把工作分成小批，比重試一個失敗的大批次更快，而桌機瀏覽器的餘裕也遠大於手機。
結果看起來不對時
請先檢查輸入：CSV 擠成一欄是分隔符不符，試算表總計偏少通常是數字以文字儲存，而查表失敗幾乎都是尾端多了空格。CSV 檢視器、欄位類型偵測與空白字元視覺化就是為這些情況準備的診斷工具，而且檢視期間不會改動任何內容。
隱私相關問題
你開啟的檔案不會被上傳。工具使用的是瀏覽器標準能力——FileReader、Canvas、Web Crypto 與 Local Storage——下載檔也是在頁面中產生的。你可以在處理檔案時打開瀏覽器的網路面板自行驗證：沒有任何請求帶著檔案內容。完整說明請見隱私權政策與本機處理說明。
